Max's Restaurant - Villa Del Sol, San Fernando branch was awarded for having the Highest Increase in System Procedure Monitoring (SPM), Highest Increase in Quality Assurance, a Gold Award for Quality Assurance, and a Gold Award for System and Procedure in 2005.

Max's Restaurant - Robinsons Starmills Pampanga branch won the Silver Award for Mystery Shopper, and 2nd Place Max Masaya Service Award in 2004.

Max's Restaurant - Dau branch is 2005's Champion in the Mystery Guest Program (MGP) Club Award, and won 2nd Place Highest Increase in the Mystery Shoppers Program.
