General Motors, the number one Automotive Manufacturer in the world, awarded the GM dealership to the LausGroup in 2002: thus, GM Autoworld Pampanga.

The LausGroup was the first in the Philippines to adopt to the direction of General Motors in strengthening the Chevrolet brand in Asia. Hence, GM Auto World Pampanga became Chevrolet Pampanga, and moved from its showroom along MacArthur Highway in Dolores, San Fernando to its present home along Jose Abad Santos Avenue.

In 2005, the LausGroup opened Chevrolet Dagupan, further strengthening its position in North Luzon .
