Michigan Motors, Inc., which handles Ford Libis, was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission in October of 2001. It took over the franchise and operations of GMC Motors, Inc. in 1998 as one of the Metro Manila dealers of Ford Group Philippines. Today, it is one of the several businesses under the LausGroup of Companies (LGC), with Mr. Levy P. Laus as the current Chairman and CEO. Among the network of Ford LausGroup are its dealerships in Pampanga, Cabanatuan, Dagupan, and Subic.
