Haima Philippines Gears Up for 2012

2012 ushers in great news for a promising brand, such as Haima, one of the world’s youngest and fast-rising car brands, which has definitely found a fitting home in LausAutoGroup.

After having established itself in the heart of Pampanga beginning with Haima Cars Pampanga (formerly Haima AutoWorld Pampanga) on the 27th of January 2010 and Haima Cars Dau (formerly Haima AutoWorld Dau) of March in the same year, Haima Automobiles Philippines, Inc. can only look ahead for the coming years with the acceptance of the New Generation Haima Cars and Vans as network spreads across the North and, eventually towards the South, Metro Manila, and key cities of the country.

The New Generation Haima Cars and Vans are powered by Euro-4 Compliant emission standard, eco-friendly engines and are equipped with Anti-lock Braking System – Electronic Brake Distribution (ABS-EBD) System. Meanwhile, Haima Freema, Haima 3, and Haima 7 are equipped with German Technology Bosch 8.1 ABS, the highest version which is more sensitive, precise, and stable as it allows for a smoother pedal. The higher the ABS version, the better the performance.

All these and more are available in all of Haima’s line-up of products, ensuring that every New Generation Haima car offers functionality and luxury, while still keeping in mind practicality.

Driving Positive Sales and Enhancing Customer Relationships through Quality After-sales

  The affirmation of a brand’s acceptance in the market is through its sales. For Haima Philippines, its growth in terms of sales has greatly improved since 2010 mainly due to the additional line-up of products, additional outlets, and the price range of the products it offers.

Calma reveals that FStar Tenda and Hunda, Freema, and Haima 7 are Haima’s best-selling units so far. Here in Pampanga, Haima sales are consistently growing, with Haima FStar as its top-selling vehicle for businesses and now even government agencies, while the North dealers’ (Urdaneta, Calasiao and Baguio) top-selling vehicle is the Haima 7, probably because of the region’s terrain and road conditions. This is followed by Haima Freema and Haima FStar Tenda.

“Our successful activities, such as Haima Drives North Caravan and the launch of the New Generation Haima Cars and Vans have helped in building the brand. We have established Haima with a variety of vehicles customers with different lifestyles can choose from,” Calma adds.

Moreover, sales is only as important as that of after-sales. In line with LausAutoGroup’s directive for this year, Calma stresses that another advantage of Haima rests on the value it puts on after-sales.

“Many companies rarely succeed due to their lack in sustaining their customers and clients. With Haima, we adhere to the LausAutoGroup’s directive in Enhancing Customer Relations where our after-sales division plays a big role”. This is also where expanding becomes necessary to making after-sales more accessible to the customers.

Calma also adds, “For 2012, we’re looking forward to opening new branches in the North and probably south. What are definite for now are our branches in Bataan and Bulacan, which we are seeing to be operational by the first semester”.
