Topping all Mitsubishi dealers nationwide including Metro Manila, Carworld was once again hailed Overall National Champion at the recently concluded Mitsubishi Skills Olympics 2009 held last October 10 at Avescor Motors Inc., Bacolod City. It is the 7th time that Carworld has won this prestigious skills award.

The company garnered five awards in different categories namely: 3rd Place Fuso Sales Competition (Premier de Guzman of Carworld San Fernando), 2nd Best Service Advisor (Dunhill Clavio of Carworld Malolos), 2nd Place Hotshots Sales Competition (Dulce Amor David of Carworld Tarlac), Parts Specialist Champion (Joel Santos of Carworld Tarlac) and the highly-coveted Overall National Champion award, given after the total combined points resulted as the highest garnered by any participating team.

In determining this year's winners, criteria have been set by Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation for each category. The whole-day competition has tested the proficiency of each delegate covering areas of technical competency, product knowledge, customer handling and efficient services.

The Mitsubishi Skills Olympics is now on its 13th year and it is being held annually. It was organized by Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation in order to develop professionalism and further improve customer service through instilling systematic and professional work ethics.
